At Peaceful Discovery Independent Living, we believe everyone deserves more than just a roof over their head — they deserve peace, dignity, and a fresh start.
Our shared housing program offers affordable, fully supported co-living spaces for people facing housing challenges — including but not limited to veterans, seniors, domestic violence survivors, working people, gig workers, re-entry community, corporate clients or anyone needing a decent place to live without the high cost of living alone.

Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, and inclusive shared housing options for individuals seeking community and comfort. We aim to create welcoming living environments where residents can thrive both personally and socially. By connecting like-minded individuals, we foster a sense of belonging and mutual respect. We are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and support across all our housing units. Our program prioritizes transparency, fairness, and open communication between tenants and management. We believe that everyone deserves access to stable and dignified housing, regardless of background or income level. Through responsible management and continuous improvement, we strive to enhance the quality of shared living. We support sustainable living by promoting shared resources and reducing housing waste. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
To qualify for placement, applicants must:

Be at least 25 years of age

Be drug- and alcohol-free
 - 
Have a reliable source of income or means to cover monthly living arrangements

Be fully capable of managing their own daily living and personal care needs
